Microsoft released a recent cumulative update last September and October in 2021. The security update KB5005565 was installed automatically on Windows 10 machines. Once installed, the shared printer attached to it won’t be able to be accessed by other users.
If the printer was installed previously, users would fail to print and receive an error message.
If you are trying to add printer, you will receive an error Operation failed with error 0x0000011b.
